Lit.<\/em> focuses on Greek and Norse mythology through guided research and popular young adult fiction books (the Percy Jackson and <em>The Sea of Trolls<\/em> series.) This 21st century online class has two interrelated goals: Motivate students to explore Norse and Greek mythology through reading and research <em>while <\/em>helping them improve their technology and writing skills. The course focuses on three content sections (Norse Mythology, Greek Mythology, and Comparative Analysis). The completed course, which can be taken pass\/fail or for a grade per host school&#8217;s authorization, results in a semester of English credit. Since technology is one of the course goals, students must have internet access and a free Google account. Minimum registration: 4 students (they don\u2019t need to be from the same school.)
